Following the tragic death of Seamie Mulhern in Australia over the Easter weekend the Mulhern family in Levenshulme have started a fund to help bring their relative back to Ireland.
A special fundraising event to support Mairead Hussey will be staged at the Union Inn ion Levenshulme on Tuesday 13 May with all the bar takings being donated to support the entrant

Levenshulme launched its new weekly market on Saturday 29 March. The sun came out for the launch of Levenshulme's new weekly market. The artisan market which features local bakers, food, clothes and art stalls has been such a success that it was launched as a weekly market on Saturday.
