The winners of this years competition and runners up officially open this years 17 day Tradfest for the 2012 Manchester Irish Festival.

This free concert will feature the very best of traditional and contemporary Irish talent and uncover the next Oasis super group to come out of Burnage.

The competition with over £500 worth of prizes been hosted by Jimmy Docherty from the Northern Song Collective. Jimmy is a very talented musician who is Ronan Keating's guitarist. He started the competition to find the next big thing to come out of the City.

The concert takes place in the world famous 'Oasis Music Bar' at the Farmers Arms.
