The Craic! was formed in May 1995 by Geoff, who having left his former band Hoggshead in Newcastle upon Tyne and travelled to warmer climbs, was determined to pursue one of his great loves... Folk / Rock music.

The Craic perform about 4 times a month around the Midlands and have gained huge popularity as a fun celtic band playing fast "&" furious Jigs and reels along with traditional songs from the emerald isle. They have played all the major Irish venues in the Midlands and have performed on Radio and Television.
