This is the official civic launch of the 2011 Manchester Irish Festival at Manchester Town Hall, which is hosted by the Lord Mayor of Manchester and the festival.
Live Music is from "The Last Drop" with Joe Casserley from the Full Irish Radio Show, Irish Dancing displays from Manchester's current North West Champions and the Fior Ceilidh dancers.
