Manchester Town Hall will not be running an Irish Café this year.
If you would like to have lunch on the premises a sandwich lunch served with orange juice will be available for a cost of £5.00. This must be purchased in advance with your conference ticket before the 22nd of February, as it will not be available on the day.
Alternatively you are free to venture to the surrounding cafes and sandwich shops around the town hall and explore the Irish Market
outside the town hall.

The conference is not for profit event supported by Manchester City Council and the National Irish Festival 2008.
The NISC is offering an advanced ticket rate at £12.50 or £15 on the day to cover the cost of the event.
This includes tea and coffee for all delegates.

Young, Gifted & Green Irish Music & Dance Charity Concert

The award winning ‘Young, Gifted & Green’ plus special guests bring their annual charity concert to the Lowry as part of the launch weekend for this years Manchester Irish Festival.
The evening will mix traditional Irish music and dance with tributes to ‘Riverdance’, ‘Lord of the Dance’ and ‘Celtic Tiger’. All its previous shows have been complete sell outs and you are advised to purchase your tickets well in advance of the show.
The troupe of one hundred singers, musicians and dancers are based at St Bede’s College in Manchester. They have appeared on numerous TV and radio shows. Established in 1995 to launch Manchester’s first Manchester Irish Festival the troupe have gone on to sell out the 2,000 capacity Bridgewater Hall as well as appear on the BBC’s ‘Blue Peter’ and ‘Songs of Praise’ plus Granada TV’s six part documentary ‘The Irish Connection’.
