The UK's largest St Patrick's Parade, took place on Sunday 11th March with over 70 floats, bands and walking groups celebrating the Patron Saint of Ireland.

Fine weather ensured a record turnout to watch the largest Irish parade after New York and Dublin!

The Parade started at the Irish World Heritage Centre and progressed along Cheetham Hill Rd, Corporation Street and onto Cross St and around Albert Square, where they were formally received by the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor David Sandiford before returning to the Irish World Heritage Centre by the same route.
