This is the final for this year’s hotly contested new bands competition which attracted entries from all over the UK and Ireland.
Up for grabs are over £1,000 worth of prizes which include a live session and track cut at XFM studios, four days recording time in Cutting room studios, the same studios used by ‘Oasis’, £500 in cash and a professional photo shoot from Music photographer Dave Brunton.

This group has been in existence for 13 years and has progressed from a small group to a team of very enthusiastic and ambitious writers at various levels in their development.
Their meetings provide a social setting, in which to share thoughts and ideas. Members have had many stories and poems published both in UK and Irish magazines and periodicals.
New members are always welcome to the group, which meets every second and fourth Thursday of the month at 7.30pm at the Irish World Heritage Centre.

Chubby Bolton comedian Peter Kay (on the right), famous for such memorable catch phrases as "Garlic... Bread?", "Put t' big light on" and "Wanna brew?" and no stranger to directing himself is now starring as Roger DeBris, the camp director who is hired to put on the worst musical in Broadway history, "Springtime For Hitler".
Joining Peter, directly from the West End production are CORY ENGLISH as Max Bialystock and JOHN GORDON SINCLAIR as Leo Bloom. With direction and choreography by Susan Stroman, THE PRODUCERS is a guaranteed evening of “SHEER, UTTER, UNADULTERATED JOY!”
