The St Patricks Parade

The parade will leave the Irish World Heritage Centre at noon on Sunday 13th March taking its traditional route to Albert Square with an Irish Wolfhound, as always, leading the way.

Over 60 floats took part in the Parade last year which stretched out for over a mile and tens of thousands of people lined the streets all the way to Albert Square.

The Parade will leave the Irish World Heritage Centre in Cheetham Hill at 12noon after the traditional St Patrick’s Mass in Gaelic.

On leaving the Centre, the Parade will progress along Cheetham Hill Road, onto Cross Street and around Albert Square, before returning to the Irish World Heritage Centre via the same route.
