"Lochin"
Trad and then Some...

Lochin's music is a rich mix of traditional song and lively tunes with a good sprinkling of the more contemporary. They have been together for almost two years and have toured Ireland and Finland in that short time.

Paul Daly (Flute) most recently played with Toss the Feathers. Originally from Roscommon Paul has settled in Manchester over the last few years,

Dermot McCann (Banjo) Originally from Armagh Dermot also now lives in Manchester. He met Paul when they were both playing in Boston, USA many moons ago

John Joyce (Mandolin). John is a Manchester lad and comes from the Angie Durcan school of music. An all Britain winner on the banjo, John's style is one that can switch form banjo to mandolin with ease.

Kevin Deasy (Vocals/ Guitar). Kevin's parents hail from Cork and Mayo. The rich musical tradition inherited from his parents shines through in all his
songs and music. Playing in Manchester for the last 13 years, the back catalogue of projects are too many to mention. Needless to say he is well known around the town.

Full of life, rich in tradition, Don't miss them.
