Whether you’re Irish or not, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with friends and a feast. March is a perfect time to indulge in all things Irish, so in honour of the Emerald Island and its hardy inhabitants, many of Manchester’s restaurants and cafes will be serving Irish Festival Menus.
