Young, Gifted and GreenYGG Troupe
Manchester is home to the award winning 'Young, Gifted and Green' Irish music, song and dance troupe. Since forming four years ago the group have won national acclaim for their performances and fundraising shows for charity, and have appeared on numerous TV shows including Blue Peter and Songs of Praise. During last years festival the troupe sold out the prestigious Bridgewater Hall with their spectacular show. We are delighted that for 2002 'Young, Gifted and Green' are back and will be performing a short presentation of the highlights of last years show at the Manchester Irish Festival's invitation only Civic Launch event in the Town Hall on Sunday 10th March.
